NOTICE OF BOARD MEMBER VACANCY

Date: August 7, 2025

In accordance with California Government Code Section 54974 Ralph M. Brown Act) and section 1780, the San Simeon Community Services District announces a vacancy on its Board of Directors due to the resignation of Jaqueline Diamond.

The Board intends to fille this vacancy by appointment at its regularly scheduled meeting on September 4, 2025, unless an election is called pursuant to Government Code section 1780.

Position: Board Member

Term: To fill the unexpired term ending on November 04, 2026

Eligibility: Applicants must be registered voters residing within the boundaries of the San Simeon Community Services District and reside in Voting District (D)
